Our Memphis Home Inspection Services

A home inspection is a visual examination of the house and its operating components performed by a trained and experienced professional. Home inspectors are attentive individuals who understand how building components interact with one another as well as how components can "under-perform" their intended function.

Professional home inspectors have a strong attention to detail, are trained to recognize the signs of unsafe or improper installations and building practices, and use reasoning and problem solving skills to interpret what they observe.

A professional home inspection is a two-step process. The first step is the actual physical inspection of the house and property where observations are made and facts are collected. This includes taking notes and photos of problem areas. The second step in the inspection process is where information from the physical inspection is compiled into an easy to read but detailed home inspection report.

Our Focus During The Inspection:

  • Are all of the components installed in a professional manner?
  • Are there deficiencies or signs of potential failure?
  • Are there safety hazards present?
  • Should certain repairs be made now to avoid larger, more expensive repairs in the future?
